The Commercial Associate is responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. They will execute personalized outreach campaigns and conduct discovery calls to convert cold leads into warm opportunities for the AI platform.
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in high-performance sales or professional services and must be native in Dutch and fluent in English. Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

We're looking for an exceptional Commercial Associate who will be the engine of our sales pipeline. You'll identify and qualify high-potential prospects, turning cold leads into warm opportunities, and close deals. As part of the top 1% of Commercial Associates globally, you'll combine systematic prospecting with creative outreach to build relationships with decision-makers who need AI solutions. Our expectation is that you develop yourself into a revenue quota-carrying Account Executive role within 12 months, and a team lead role after that.

Sales Excellence: Proven track record in outbound sales development, lead generation, or similar high-performance role
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (native) and English with ability to engage C-level executives
High Performance Environment: You have 1-3 years of experience excelling in a high performance work environment such as top-tier professional services (Consulting, Investment Banking), or selling at high growth B2B-startup(s)
Research Skills: Ability to quickly understand complex business challenges and identify how AI automation can provide solutions
Persistence with Purpose: Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm and systematic follow-up
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and AI-powered prospecting platforms; Hubspot, Clay, Lemlist.
Results-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who can create structure from ambiguity and optimize processes
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining individual accountability for results
Experience selling to or working with industrial companies
Background in SaaS, automation, or technology solutions
Understanding of AI applications in business processes
Experience with account-based marketing or sales approaches
Previous work in a high-growth startup environment
