L'heure normale de début est 8 h, mais elle peut varier entre 7 h et 9 h selon les besoins opérationnels, les calendriers d'entretien préventif, la disponibilité des équipements et les besoins en matière de réparations d'urgence.
La participation à un horaire de garde rotatif est requise.
Le technicien des équipements de manutention (MHE) est responsable de l'inspection, de l'entretien préventif, du diagnostic et de la réparation des chariots de manutention motorisés (PIT), y compris les chariots élévateurs électriques et leurs systèmes de batteries, afin d'assurer des opérations d'entrepôt sécuritaires, fiables et efficaces. À mesure que le programme d'entretien interne évoluera, le rôle s'élargira pour inclure l'entretien d'autres équipements de manutention et actifs d'entrepôt.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Effectuer l'entretien préventif, les inspections, le dépannage et les réparations des chariots de manutention électriques (PIT).
Diagnostiquer et réparer les défaillances des systèmes électriques, hydrauliques, mécaniques, de direction, de freinage et de commande.
Effectuer les réparations des moteurs, des composantes hydrauliques, des mâts, des chaînes de levage, des roues, des pneus, des systèmes électriques, des capteurs, des commandes de l'opérateur, des fourches et des dispositifs de sécurité.
Inspecter, entretenir et réparer les batteries au plomb-acide et au lithium-ion, les chargeurs ainsi que les composantes connexes.
Répondre aux pannes d'équipement et remettre les équipements en service de façon sécuritaire et efficace.
Recevoir et traiter les appels de service d'urgence durant les périodes de garde prévues, en faisant preuve de jugement afin d'évaluer les pannes et de déterminer les priorités d'intervention.
Documenter avec exactitude les inspections, les réparations, les heures travaillées et les pièces utilisées dans le système de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO). Une formation sera offerte au besoin.
Mettre à jour l'état des équipements et l'avancement des bons de travail dans la GMAO.
Respecter toutes les procédures de sécurité de l'entreprise, y compris les procédures de cadenassage et d'étiquetage (Lockout/Tagout – LOTO) ainsi que les pratiques sécuritaires de manipulation des batteries.
Participer à l'entretien d'autres équipements d'entrepôt à mesure que le programme de maintenance évolue.
EXIGENCES MINIMALES (CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES)
Expérience dans l'entretien de chariots de manutention électriques (chariots élévateurs) ou d'équipements industriels comparables.
Bonne connaissance des systèmes électriques, hydrauliques et mécaniques.
Capacité à interpréter les manuels d'entretien et la documentation technique.
Excellentes aptitudes en dépannage et en résolution de problèmes.
Autonomie, initiative et capacité à gérer efficacement sa charge de travail.
Connaissances de base en informatique et capacité à utiliser efficacement un système de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO). Une formation sera offerte au besoin.
Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 du Québec.
EXPÉRIENCE PRÉFÉRÉE
Expérience dans l'entretien des chariots de manutention Raymond, notamment les chariots à mât rétractable (reach trucks), les préparateurs de commandes (order pickers), les transpalettes électriques (pallet trucks), les transpalettes accompagnés (walkie riders), les transpalettes à conducteur porté debout (end riders) et autres chariots élévateurs électriques.
Expérience dans un environnement d'entrepôt réfrigéré ou d'entreposage frigorifique.
Expérience dans l'entretien des batteries au plomb-acide et au lithium-ion, des systèmes de recharge, des systèmes de gestion des batteries et des composantes connexes.
Connaissance des logiciels de diagnostic des fabricants (OEM) et de leur documentation technique.
Expérience avec un système de GMAO.
Formation ou certification en mécanique industrielle, électromécanique, réparation d'équipement lourd ou dans un métier connexe.
Une expérience en soudage ou en fabrication constitue un atout.
