Respond to maintenance requests for owner units and common areas in a safe and timely manner. Coordinate with third-party contractors to manage scheduled work and maintain facility cleanliness.
Must have diagnostic and repair capabilities for basic household items and proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies is required.

Life in Paradise is searching for a first-class maintenance specialist! This person will respond to maintenance requests in a safe and timely manner. Maintenance may pertain to general maintenance inside owner's units, or, out in the general common area.
General maintenance includes common repairs to everyday items. General repairs include but not limited to fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing storm doors, replacing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, maintaining cleanliness of facilities, basic landscaping. Troubleshooting skills in electrical and AC work is not mandatory but a definite plus. Collaborate and communicate with 3rd party contractors to coordinate scheduled work.
