The role involves managing HR systems and employee data, primarily using HiBob, and supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Additionally, the assistant will handle employee requests via Freshservice and prepare internal data reports.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master's in HRM or a relevant business field with a strong interest in employment law. They should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills in English.

We are looking for a People Operations Student Assistant to support our global People Operations team while one of our team members is on parental leave. If you are a curious, structured person with a genuine interest in People Operations, love getting the details right, and find satisfaction in a well-organised process, this role could be a great fit! The working time for this role is expected to be around 15hrs/week.
