The Assistant/Coordinator will provide administrative support to the EVP of Franchise Management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing. They will also assist with brand and product development, research, and the creation of presentations and project documentation.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, along with a passion for film, television, and pop culture.

The Assistant/Coordinator, Franchise Management will support the EVP, Franchise Management along with other team members in a growing department that oversees a number of business lines, including: interactive, brand partnerships, location based entertainment and consumer products. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, some brand and product development support and assisting with other miscellaneous projects, as needed. Franchise Management is embedded within Legendary’s vibrant, high volume Marketing department and we are looking for a highly organized self-starter to take on this role.

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.04 to $25.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. Total rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The actual base rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, market demands and indicators, specific and unique skills or training, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City and California.
