The Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and meeting planners to drive group and corporate business growth. They will also conduct sales calls, property tours, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with hotel leadership to ensure exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has hospitality sales experience, preferably in a full-service hotel environment, and a proven ability to prospect and build new business. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
