The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and maintaining 2D and 3D models while coordinating with trade partners to resolve clashes. They also capture site data using advanced technology and assist field teams with layout systems and equipment troubleshooting.
A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering is preferred, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Candidates must be able to obtain FAA Part 107 Drone Certification and possess a valid driver's license.
