Role Overview
Lectric eBikes is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to assist with product and packaging design, social media graphics, ads and website UX. . This role will bring creativity, consistency, and energy to our visual identity — translating ideas into compelling designs that inspire customers to get outside, explore, and experience the freedom of riding.
As an in-house designer, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Retail, and Operations teams to create high-impact creative across digital campaigns, product launches, web experiences, retail environments, email, social media, packaging, and more.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance brand storytelling with performance-driven design, and enjoys taking projects from concept through final execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Development
Help evolve and maintain Lectric eBikes’ visual identity across all customer touchpoints
Create engaging, on-brand creative that supports customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty
Develop campaign concepts, visual directions, and creative assets that align with business goals
Maintain brand consistency across channels, including digital, retail, print, and experiential
Marketing & Digital Design
Design creative assets for:
Partner with Marketing to develop creative that drives engagement and conversion
Create variations of creative for testing and optimization
Product & Ecommerce Creative
Retail & Physical Brand Experience
Content Creation
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Translate creative briefs into polished deliverables
Communicate timelines, risks, and creative recommendations
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or consumer brand preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Experience designing for digital channels and ecommerce
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and production workflows
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
