Organize and supervise the stamping team while managing technological changes and tooling maintenance standards. Responsible for implementing new projects via APQP/PPAP and controlling the departmental budget and KPIs.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in stamping production and tool shops with fluent English skills. A technical degree in metallurgy and knowledge of IATF, VDA 6.3, and Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
