Conduct CCTV surveys of drainage networks to assess pipe conditions and produce high-quality technical reports. Ensure safe site setup and deliver effective solutions for waste-water network problems while maintaining high customer service standards.
Candidates should be hardworking, respectful, and able to comply with strict health and safety standards. Experience with OS19X equipment and qualifications such as NRSWA or Confined Spaces are advantageous but not essential.

We operate 24/7 and as such you are required to work flexible hours, weekends and participate in an on-call rota. Full training / PPE / use of company equipment will be provided to ensure that all our staff have the right tools, competency, and confidence to undertake the work to Lanes’ high standard of operation regardless of background or previous experience.

Location: Crawley Depot. Crawley, West Sussex
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours Nights
Salary: £42,000 per annum (made up of basic pay, overtime, on call allowance and bonuses)

About the Role:
Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Southern Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be hard working and respectful and comply with health and safety standards. Experience in the use of OS19X equipment is useful but not essential. Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces) are an advantage.
