The specialist will plan and execute strategic marketing communications and social impact activities in Taiwan to align with business objectives. They will also manage internal communication channels, support employee events, and collaborate with global teams to localize content.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a communications role at a global company and be highly fluent in both English and Chinese. A university degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Marketing Communications Specialist, Taiwan
As Marketing Communications Specialist for Taiwan, you will play a critical role in creating and executing strategic programs that span all communications channels and formats, align with our key business objectives, and advance Lam’s brand and reputation goals locally, regionally, and globally. You will be responsible for helping us craft our narrative, inspire our workforce, bring our brand to life and shape perceptions of Lam with key audiences. This position requires strong cross-team collaboration across multiple functions and close partnership with corporate communications teammates across Asia and in the US.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
