About the Role:
The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of retail operations within the warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, including dispatching, inventory management, and employee performance, to meet organizational goals and customer expectations. The supervisor will lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. They will also coordinate emergency response efforts and implement safety training programs to maintain a secure workplace. Ultimately, the Operations Supervisor ensures that all operational processes align with company standards and contribute to overall business success.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles within retail or warehouse environments.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and dispatching software.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
Experience with PKMS or similar inventory management platforms.
Previous experience in retail trade industry operations.
Advanced training in safety management and emergency response.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and PKMS to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
