The Inside Sales Representative manages new and existing customer accounts by providing product information, generating quotes, and processing orders. They collaborate with internal teams and the outside sales force to increase market share and ensure customer satisfaction.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, while a Bachelor's degree and experience in plastics or industrial distribution are preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills with a positive attitude.
