The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up event spaces, providing attentive service to guests, and managing food and beverage delivery. They must also maintain clean work areas and assist with the breakdown and resetting of event rooms.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior banquet or wait service experience is preferred, along with food safety and alcohol service certifications.
