As a General Sales Assistant, you will help support daily sales activities, provide excellent customer service, and assist with promotions and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, enjoys working with people, and is keen to develop a career in sales.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and daily objectives
Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional service
Assist with product demonstrations and presentations
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Maintain accurate sales, customer, and inventory records
Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Attend training to develop product knowledge and sales skills
Help organise and support sales events and exhibitions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service
An interest in sales and marketing
