The COO will design and implement an end-to-end operating system to translate corporate strategy into disciplined execution while leading the Strategy and Innovation consulting line. Responsibilities include managing operational governance, overseeing resource capacity, and driving excellence in delivery margins and project pipelines.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience, preferably in the energy sector, with a strong background in operations and strategic consulting. An engineering degree combined with an MBA or Executive MBA is required, along with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
