The role focuses on translating operational data into financial insights to drive business growth and profitability. Key duties include owning weekly performance reporting, monitoring gross profit, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize margins.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or consulting. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with financial modeling and dashboards are required.
