The Production Associate sets up, adjusts, and operates semi-automated printing machines while ensuring products meet company quality standards. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, completing production reports, and packaging finished goods for shipment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with the ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math. Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred, along with the ability to stand for long periods.
The Production Associate will set up, adjust, and operate semi-automated printing machines and prepare items processed for the next routing step. Ensuring that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers. Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments and/or minor repairs to equipment.
