The Purchasing Associate manages the acquisition of materials, equipment, and services by creating purchase orders and monitoring supplier performance. They collaborate with internal teams to ensure manufacturing schedules are met while maintaining accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
Candidates should ideally hold an associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business with one to three years of relevant procurement experience. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, along with strong negotiation and communication skills, is required.

About the Role: The Purchasing Associate plays a critical role by supporting procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, components, equipment, and services. The Purchasing Associate will work closely with production, engineering, project management, suppliers, and operations teams to support manufacturing schedules, inventory requirements, and customer commitments while maintaining strong supplier relationships and procurement best practices.
