General del Puesto Actividades Realizar auditorías de rutas de manufactura en SAP, validando
operaciones, tiempos estándar, centros de trabajo y versiones de
producción. Comparar la información registrada en SAP contra los procesos
reales de manufactura para identificar desviaciones y oportunidades de
mejora. Dar seguimiento a proyectos enfocados en la reducción de
variaciones de costo mediante la revisión y actualización de tiempos
estándar. Recopilar, organizar y analizar información necesaria para
proyectos. Participar en recorridos de piso para validar procesos, tiempos de
operación y flujo de manufactura. Elaborar reportes, presentaciones y bases de datos para el
seguimiento de proyectos e indicadores del área. Dar seguimiento a planes de acción derivados de auditorías y
revisiones de procesos. Colaborar con las áreas de Procesos, Proyectos, Producción y Mejora
Continua para el desarrollo de los proyectos. Cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad,
calidad y disciplina operacional establecidos por la planta.
El practicante de proyectos brindará apoyo al área en
proyectos relacionados con la validación y mejora de datos maestros en SAP,
auditorías de rutas de manufactura, análisis de costos y seguimiento a
proyectos de nuevos productos.
Trabajará directamente con el Ingeniero de Manufactura
para asegurar la correcta documentación de procesos, actualización de datos y
seguimiento a proyectos que contribuyan a mejorar la precisión de la
información en SAP y la reducción de variaciones de costo en manufactura.
Brindar apoyo en la actualización de documentación técnica
relacionada con procesos de manufactura.
