We are seeking an accomplished Internal Platforms Lead (d/f/m) to join our team. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the design, optimization, and secure operation of our critical business systems, with a focus on collaboration platforms and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will lead complex projects and act as a technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set standards, drive automation, and deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives. Required Experience & Skills

•     5+ years with collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
•     3+ years with IAM solutions (e.g. Okta, Sailpoint, etc.)
•     Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, and data retention
•     Skilled in automation (Bash, Python, APIs) and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, GCP)
•     Familiar with compliance standards (e.g. PCI, NIS2, SOX, GDPR)
•     Experienced in ITSM tools, process optimization, and service delivery
•     Proficient in leveraging AI for automation and smart solutions
•     Strategic, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
•     Systems thinking and holistic solution design
•     Expert technology advice 
•     Strong technical communication and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management with central and agency stakeholders
• Lead the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of our IT tooling landscape (Google workspace, HRIS/ HiBob, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Jetbrains, Microsoft 365)
• Drive improvements into process workflows and service delivery
• Implement automation solutions to enhance collaboration efficiency and user experience
• Manage and optimize our Indentity Access Management applications and integrations, ensuring security and scalability
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
• Design and maintain retention automation systems for data governance and regulatory compliance
