The engineer is responsible for the end-to-end installation and validation of KLA tools at customer sites, including site surveys and system testing. They must troubleshoot complex system issues and manage customer satisfaction through routine updates and performance verification.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or electronic) or 3 years of equivalent work experience. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills in electro-optical systems and be available for international travel up to 80% of the time.

We are looking for a Product Install Engineer within the GSS organization securing proper tool installation at KLA customer sites & completing of all activities required to ensure a KLA tool functions accurately. These activities include site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training, and the provision of the product for further use.
