The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily transport and dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and distribution centers. This includes managing third-party logistics providers, monitoring performance KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in cost and efficiency.
Candidates need at least 3 years of logistics or supply chain experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment. Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain and proficiency in ERP systems are required, with knowledge of GMP or cold chain logistics highly regarded.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
Reporting to the Group Planning & Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient dispatch and delivery of our products to customers, stores, and distribution centres.
This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while driving continuous improvement.
About the Role
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport and dispatch operations, managing freight provider relationships, monitoring delivery performance, and identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and cost outcomes.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service and Dispatch teams, you will ensure products are delivered safely on time and in full while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
