Senior Manager, Product Marketing – New Games

LOCATION: Stockholm, Sweden (On-site)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for an Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join one of King's New Games teams.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll be fully embedded within the game team, working side by side with Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics to help shape games from the earliest stages of development.

You'll bring a performance marketing mindset to product development, combining player understanding, market insight and data to influence decisions and identify growth opportunities. You'll be equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys experimentation and isn't afraid to challenge conventional thinking. You'll be curious about games, players and the broader entertainment landscape, always looking for new ways to create products players love.

This is an on-site role based in Stockholm, where you'll be a fully embedded member of the game team.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE KINGDOM

As Senior Manager, Product Marketing for New Games, you will:

• Be the marketing partner embedded within a cross-functional game team, contributing to product development from concept through launch.
• Bring a performance marketing mindset into product discussions, ensuring player growth opportunities are considered from the earliest stages.
• Develop a deep understanding of players, market trends and the wider entertainment landscape to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Creative and Development to help shape product direction through player and market insights.
• Champion experimentation, testing bold ideas and continuously learning from results.
• Use data and insights to guide decisions while balancing creativity and player empathy.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of your day-to-day work.
• Work across disciplines to align teams around shared objectives and deliver the best possible player experience.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, adapting quickly as priorities evolve.

Experience

• Experience in marketing within gaming, entertainment or another consumer digital business.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly.
