Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and capture high-quality images to assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions. Responsibilities include patient preparation, documenting procedures in the EMR, and assisting with invasive ultrasound-guided procedures.
Requires graduation from an accredited Ultrasound or Radiologic Technology program and ARDMS or ARRT certification. An Associate's degree and at least one year of clinical experience in an acute care setting are preferred.

Job Summary
The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist in the diagnosis and evaluation of patient medical conditions. This role includes patient preparation, capturing high-quality diagnostic images, and ensuring the accuracy of images for interpretation by radiologists and physicians. The Ultrasound Technologist adheres to radiation safety protocols and maintains equipment in accordance with departmental standards in an acute care hospital setting.
