The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff while coordinating daily nursing services. They also assess patient needs, develop nursing protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of patient health records.
Candidates must hold a valid state Registered Nurse license and a BLS certification, along with a degree from an accredited nursing school. The role requires at least two years of hospital nursing experience and one to two years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Job Summary
Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.
