The Construction Safety Trainer reports to the Training Manager and is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, evaluation, and on-going management of the training programs common to SMR-X project. The individual works with project teams to identify training needs, plan, coordinate and deliver the established core training programs as required by the Project Training Plan, onboarding and training department, project, client and legislative requirements.

This position is located at our active project site in Darlington, Ontario. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including nights, days, and weekends, to meet project demands. Base Compensation: $85,000/yr - $110,000/yr
