The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with office staff, maintaining patient records, and providing training to caregivers.
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required, with pediatric and home health experience preferred.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within the home health setting. They will direct the patient and the caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.

Pay Range for this role is $58-65 per session and is based on skill set and experience.
