As an Academic Coordinator/English Teacher, you will prepare classes, monitor student progress, and develop relationships with students and families. You will also supervise academic processes and support the director in teaching and administrative activities.
Teaching experience is preferred but not required, and candidates should have an advanced level of English. A Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record is also required.

For one of our school in TORDERA we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!
A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
Excellent communication skills.
Well organized with good time management skills.
Flexibility with work hours and availability.
Boost your CV: add teaching experience to your skill set. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old.
Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
Registered to the Centro per l'impiego
Interest in working with children
Planning and organisation skills

Salary: We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.
As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.
The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
