Manage the daily commercial and academic operations of the Kids&Us center to ensure growth and quality. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, monitoring KPIs, managing local partners, and building relationships with parents.
Candidates should have previous experience as a Store/School Manager or Sales Manager in Retail, Commercial, or Education sectors. Proficiency in English (B1/B2) and the ability to motivate a teaching team are required.

Come School Manager, ti daremo tutti gli strumenti formativi necessari per sviluppare ulteriormente le tue capacità nella vendita, nella gestione della filiale e del team.
Sarai responsabile di:
Gestire le operazioni quotidiane del centro Kids&Us, sia da un punto di vista commerciale che accademico;
Garantire l’incremento delle vendite attraverso l’implementazione di specifiche strategie commerciali, monitorando con frequenza i nostri KPI;
Accogliere i clienti e costruire relazioni con i genitori, nonché svolgere attività di consulenza al cliente;
Organizzare eventi e gestire i partner locali, nonché a generare lead per convertirli in iscritti.
Profilo:
Capacità di pianificare le attività commerciale;
Eccellenti competenze nella consulenza al cliente e nella costruzione di relazioni commerciali;
Precedenti esperienze in ambito Education, Commerciale o Retail come consulente commerciale, Sales Manager, Team Leader, Store / School Manager o Vice / Assistant Store Manager;
Capacità di gestire e motivare i nostri insegnanti;
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (B1/B2).
Cosa offriamo:
Range di RAL previsto per la posizione: €26.000 – €28.000, commisurato all’esperienza del candidato, con bonus variabile al raggiungimento degli obiettivi (10% – 20% della RAL);
Settimana lavorativa distribuita su 6 giorni settimanali;
