You will be responsible for the strategic development and management of partnerships with health insurance companies to drive growth. This involves analyzing performance data, coordinating partner needs internally, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, health economics, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, project management expertise, and fluency in German and English are required.

Wir sind die App für Schwangerschaft und Babyzeit: geprüftes Expertenwissen, persönliche Hebammen-Sprechstunden mit examinierten Hebammen und Video- sowie Live-Kurse – alles an einem Ort. Als einzige App ihrer Art in Deutschland arbeiten wir mit über 80 Krankenkassen zusammen, die die Kosten für unsere Leistungen übernehmen. Seit unserer Gründung 2017 haben wir mit Leidenschaft, Agilität und echtem Teamgeist bereits mehr als 1.000.000 Frauen auf ihrem Weg durch Schwangerschaft und die ersten zwei Lebensjahre ihres Babys begleitet.
Diese Rolle ist zentral für das Wachstum von keleya: Du gestaltest unsere wichtigste Umsatzsäule aktiv – die Partnerschaften mit Krankenversicherungen.
Als Partner Development Manager gestaltest du aktiv den nächsten Wachstumsschritte von keleya mit und trägst maßgeblich zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Mission bei.

Next to our app, we are proud to run the largest midwife platform in Germany, ammely.de, which allows women to find a local midwife at short notice.
