Own and accelerate user acquisition and conversion funnels from first touchpoint to in-app subscription. Lead a cross-functional squad to run experiments and align product growth with marketing and business development targets.
Requires 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with mobile apps and a strong understanding of growth levers. Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across engineering and marketing teams.

Our mobile app is unique in its combination of a personalized pregnancy calendar, a health tracker, and a selection of workouts, recipes, and a midwife chat for expectant and new mothers—much of it covered by health insurance at no cost to endusers. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working on our mission with passion, agility, and team spirit and have already supported over 1.000,000 women.
The Role:
We're looking for a Growth PM to own and accelerate our user acquisition and conversion funnels, from first touchpoint to in-app subscription.
At keleya, growth is powered by a B2B2C model: we partner with health insurers who offer our app as a covered benefit, so our success depends on driving engagement that users love and insurers can stand behind. You'll lead a cross-functional squad and work closely with marketing and business development to hit our growth targets.

Our Apple-featured app is one-of-a-kind. No other app offers our combination of a personalized pregnancy calendar, health tracker, and the largest selection of workouts, recipes and verified expert knowledge, much of which is available at no-cost to end users through our contracts with 80+ health insurers. Next to our app, we are proud to run the largest midwife platform in Germany, ammely.de, which allows women to find a local midwife at short notice. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working with passion, agility, and team spirit to help over 1M women and provide access to more than 9,500 midwives.
