The Engineer I performs routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems to keep the hotel in top condition. They are also responsible for conducting regular inspections and responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
A high school diploma is required, with technical certifications and previous hospitality maintenance experience preferred. Candidates must have strong knowledge of general building systems and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

The Engineer I is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel remains in top condition. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation RangeThe compensation for this position is $21.20/hour
