The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across 52 rooms while coaching and managing the housekeeping team. They also oversee daily operations, including rotas, stock orders, and inter-departmental coordination.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading a housekeeping team and a strong ability to motivate others. They must possess a sharp eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of operational standards.

We're looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor, someone who sets the bar high, brings the team along with them and takes real pride in the spaces they look after.
Your Part in the Kabannas Story
You lead by doing. Across 52 private & dormitory rooms, you'll set the standard from the floor, hands-on, every day. If you take real pride in a spotless room, love seeing a team grow and find satisfaction in a job properly done, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and turn around rooms as part of the daily operation
Coach and support your team on the floor, day in, day out
Manage rotas, leave and absences
Oversee orders, deliveries and stock
Keep quality high and standards higher
Work closely with Front of House and Maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience leading a housekeeping team, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to coach and motivate the people around you. You take real ownership of standards and keep a positive energy on the floor.
