Responsible for coordinating all site construction activities, supervising trade personnel, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining safety standards, managing project schedules, and overseeing daily field operations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience, along with knowledge of union agreements and safety regulations. Necessary certifications include OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour certificates and a 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate.

Job Summary
We are hiring ALL levels of Superintendents with Healthcare experience.
This position is responsible for coordinating all site construction activities. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities and complete the project on schedule and within budget.
