Act as the primary contact for global distributors, managing the full order-to-delivery lifecycle. Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and financial alignment.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in international sporting goods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with experience in Oracle and supply chain operations preferred.
