Responsible for cutting wood, building custom crates, and preparing finished products for shipment through banding and shrink wrapping. Ensures all projects are packed properly and delivered on time while maintaining safety standards.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in carpentry, specifically with pneumatic tools. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to changing daily tasks.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, overtime if needed.
As a team member in our Pack, Load, Crate department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all finished products are properly packed for shipping. As the work varies from day-to-day, our most successful crate builders have a professional work ethic and comfort adapting to change.
