The Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. They are responsible for identifying upsell opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Candidates must have proven experience in media sales or account management along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office is required, alongside a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.

Grow revenue and deepen relationships across a portfolio of key accounts, proactively identifying and closing sales opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a commercial, results-driven approach to account management.
\nClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets
Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account performance to senior management.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded at all times.
