The role involves managing client relationships in a showroom, estimating projects, and maximizing sales opportunities. The Account Manager is also responsible for gathering project details for operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, or six months to one year of related experience. Proficiency in basic mathematics, algebra, geometry, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients is required.

Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
This position will be based out of our Mount Airy office but it may require travel at times to both our Winston Salem and/or Roanoke, VA location.
