As a member of the executive committee, you will define a three-year People & Culture vision and align business strategy with organizational leadership. You will implement an Agile-inspired operating model to transition the company from implicit culture to a structured, high-performance system.
Requires a strategic leader with proven experience in organizational transformation and implementing Agile models within complex, multi-site environments. Experience with executive committees and a background in IT or software services is highly preferred.
