Process EngineeringThe Senior Manufacturing Supervisor – Center of Expertise (NPI) leads the New Product Introduction (NPI) team responsible for ensuring successful introduction of new biologics manufacturing processes into commercial operations. The role provides leadership to a team of NPI Specialists and the NPI Coordinator and partners closely with Operations, MSAT, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain and Digital organizations to ensure operational readiness for future products.
This position plays a key role in translating development into routine manufacturing by building robust processes, preparing manufacturing organizations, and delivering projects safely, compliantly and on time.
