HR OperationsWe’re looking for an Offboarding Specialist II to join our EMEA HR team on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2027. If you’re passionate about HR excellence and delivering a great employee experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will manage employee terminations and related processes in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with HR policies, processes, and legislation while delivering exceptional service to our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage offboarding cases in the case management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions and documentation.
Monitor cases proactively to meet SLAs and quality standards.
Educate and guide customers on self-service tools and HR services.
Participate in daily huddles and follow supervisor priorities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
Document and share knowledge for future reference, including training others.
Contribute to employee satisfaction initiatives and participate in training.
Support special projects as assigned.
Required skill and qualifications
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations or related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues effectively.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn HR systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Languages:
English (oral+written)
Dutch/Czech/German (secondary) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
HR or Payroll Service Center experience.
Familiarity with Workday and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Basic understanding of HR domains (Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations).
HR-related certification or degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
Experience in healthcare or related industry.
