Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Técnico(a) de Calidad (Empaque)
Esta persona vendría a brindar apoyo al personal en diversos procesos dentro de la función de Control de Calidad. Ejecuta actividades diarias de laboratorio, como la gestión de muestras, la solicitud y recepción de suministros, y las tareas generales de orden y mantenimiento, bajo supervisión directa. Apoya la revisión de datos y la elaboración de informes de métricas. Implementa medidas de mitigación de riesgos y mejoras de procesos bajo supervisión directa. Escala problemas y riesgos cuando sea necesario.
De acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales aplicables, así como con los procedimientos y directrices corporativos de Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:
Realiza tareas de apoyo para la unidad de Control de Calidad, siguiendo de cerca los procesos administrativos establecidos para garantizar la precisión, la puntualidad y la calidad de los entregables.
Brinda asistencia al personal de laboratorio en la recepción de muestras, la gestión de reactivos y suministros, y las actividades generales de orden y mantenimiento.
Analiza muestras de productos terminados bajo supervisión directa.
Aplica conocimientos en desarrollo sobre los estándares de Control de Calidad para revisar los resultados de los análisis de calidad y reportar problemas cuando sea necesario.
Utiliza datos para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
Demuestra los Imperativos de Liderazgo y el Credo de Johnson & Johnson en las interacciones diarias con el equipo.
Cualificaciones / Requisitos:
Experiencia y educación
Bachillerato en educación media concluido.
6 meses - 2 años de experiencia relevante en Industria Medica.
Conocimientos, habilidades, destrezas, certificaciones/licencias y afiliaciones requeridos
Requeridos:
Atención al detalle.
Uso de ordenadores (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) a nivel intermedio
Excelente comunicación asertiva y proactividad
Conocimiento de buenas prácticas en la industria manufactura.
Inglés Básico 40%
Conocimiento en calidad y/o producción.

Carrera de grado técnico Completo en Calidad o afines.
