Process EngineeringA principal função é a de gerenciar todas as atividades desempenhadas no desenvolvimento de novos projetos, equipamentos, processos e dispositivos que atendam as necessidades do processo e/ou desenvolvimentos de novos/mudanças de materiais de embalagens, desenvolvimento de agulhas, NPI, Graphic art work. Estabelece metas para que sejam transformadas em ações dentro das conformidades regulatórias, EHS&S, Qualidades, Custos, Produtividades e demais áreas.
· Gerenciar todas as atividades realizadas por engenheiros e técnicos do departamento de desenvolvimento de novos projetos, produtos, embalagens, sistemas e equipamentos que atendam às necessidades de processo de cumprimento dos requisitos de EHS, Qualidade, Produtividade e outras áreas.
· Esta função deve gerir projetos, CIPs, transferências entre produtos afiliados, lançamento de novos produtos, estudos de viabilidade, incluindo toda a gama de atividades de Engenharia.
· Garantir a conclusão de projetos de melhoria, com o objetivo de fluxo rápido de produção e redução de custos, atendendo aos requisitos de qualidade (ISOs, QSRs) e ao controle de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.
· Coordenar o processo de mudança, criação e manutenção de Sistemas que suportam a manufatura.
· Contribuir para o acompanhamento de auditorias, fornecendo dados para o cumprimento dos requisitos, a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.
· Definir ações para adaptar a demanda com a disponibilidade de recursos de engenharia, bem como para avaliar a eficiência de projetos e uma melhor adequação entre a necessidade e capacidade.
· Apoiar e contribuir com as demais áreas de Manufatura, RH, Qualidade, EHS&S, Finanças, Procurement, Planejamento, Medicina do Trabalho, etc., promovendo seu inter-relacionamento.
· Participação em comitês locais e Internacionais.
· Buscar a excelência nos projetos aumentando a produção no menor custo possível, otimizando os processos sem prejuízo da qualidade dos produtos, da segurança dos funcionários e do Meio Ambiente.
· Maximizar a disponibilidade de máquinas e equipamentos para a produção.
· Gerenciar os recursos financeiros da organização, liderando e influenciando nas decisões do negócio, atuais e estratégicas, de forma a maximizar os resultados de lucro e eficiência de capital, através da correta execução e atendimento aos requisitos de Compliance;
· Responsabilizar-se pelo desempenho e desenvolvimento dos subordinados, cumprindo com os procedimentos determinados pela Cia.
· Responsável pela comunicação de problemas ou oportunidades relacionados ao negócio para o próximo nível de gerenciamento
· Realiza outras tarefas atribuídas conforme necessário.
