The Industrial Property Manager will oversee comprehensive property operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management for an industrial portfolio. They are also responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing capital improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field and at least 3 years of commercial property management experience. Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Excel is required, along with the ability to obtain a real estate license within six months of hire.

As a Industrial Property Manager at JLL, you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an Industrial portfolio in Chicago (office near O'Hare Airport) and the surrounding suburbs. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.
