The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of retail branch and customer-facing environment projects for a banking client. This includes managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant and on-time outcomes.
Candidates must have a degree in an engineering discipline and demonstrated experience in managing retail or customer-facing environment projects. Strong capabilities in cost, schedule, and risk management, along with formal project management certification, are highly preferred.

JLL is seeking a Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail branch and customer-facing environment projects for a banking client. This role manages multiple concurrent projects—from concept through close-out—coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver safe, compliant, on-time, and on-budget outcomes with minimal disruption to business operations and customers.
