The Operating Engineer is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems within the facility. They must also ensure regulatory compliance, perform routine safety inspections, and provide professional service to building occupants.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC/refrigeration trades. A valid U.S. driver's license and the physical ability to perform manual tasks in various facility environments are also required.

What this job involves:
As an Operating Engineer at JLL, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of building systems that keep our facilities running smoothly. In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems while delivering exceptional service to building occupants. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced building automation systems, apply your technical expertise across multiple disciplines, and contribute directly to creating safe, comfortable environments that support JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Work Shift: 1st Shift
