The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic supports the operation, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. Responsibilities include general interior maintenance, facility inspections, and responding to after-hours emergencies.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and electrical work, along with a valid state driver's license. Physical ability to lift 80 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft is required.

What this job involves – The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Assists in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
