The Operations Coordinator will provide general facility management services, including continuous monitoring, vendor coordination, and equipment logistics. They will also assist the facility and project management teams with tactical planning, tenant deliverables, and administrative support.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in facility or property administration and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, along with strong customer service and organizational skills, is required.

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested.
