The Financial Controller will lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and consolidation across nine operating entities while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX. They will also drive the annual budgeting process and mentor the local accounting team to ensure scalable financial processes.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 7 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in a leadership role. A CPA is strongly preferred, along with deep expertise in multi-entity consolidation and public company financial reporting.

Jet Parts Engineering (JPE), a wholly owned subsidiary of TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG), is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for our Seattle headquarters. This is a high-visibility role within a publicly traded aerospace and defense organization, with a direct reporting line to the VP of Finance and meaningful impact across nine operating entities.
TransDigm is a leading global designer, producer, and supplier of highly engineered aerospace components. JPE contributes to that mission by delivering precision jet parts and aftermarket solutions. Our Seattle team operates with the discipline of a public company and the agility of a focused business unit.
