The Area Coach oversees 4-7 corporate locations, driving operational excellence and achieving sales and profit targets. They are responsible for coaching Restaurant General Managers, managing staffing levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety codes.
Candidates need 3-5 years of high-volume operational management experience in a Fortune 500 environment, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Proven success in developing managerial employees and strong analytical and communication skills are required.

With a strong focus on people, you'll inspire and motivate Unit Level Management and their teams, ensuring recognition and mentorship are key parts of your leadership approach.
